starting a family isn't anything new,
but lately it seems that tinseltown is teeming
with celebrities having babies.
these new (and expectant) moms are often
in the know on what's new, what's hot, and
what's tried-and-true in the world of
pregnancy and baby products.

Ever wonder how celebrities seem to have that
extra special glow, even throughout the course of a pregnancy?
Well, based on their plethora of celeb devotees, we’re thinking Mama Mio
has something to do with it. Three beauty industry mothers, who realized that
Omega oils work wonders for the skin when applied topically, created this
“skincare for supermamas." The non-synthetic fragrances are scrumptious
but subtle and there are no parabens or phthalates in anything. Yes, please!
Celeb fans: Jennifer Garner, David Letterman, Kelly Ripa
These adorable shoes are not only favored by celebrities,
but were recently named one of Consumer Report’s Best Baby Products
because of their high quality and flexibility. Soft, supple, breathable leather
and handstitching make Umis a great choice year round. Just ask Violet Affleck,
who loves her Maddie Mary Janes, Harry Letterman, who wears the Finn Sandals,
or Kelly Ripa’s son, Joaquin, who favors the Mario sandal.
Celeb fans: Tori Spelling, Melissa Joan Hart, Diane Farr, Laila Ali
“Kiyomi” means “pure beauty” in Japanese, and this maternity
clothing line definitely does its name justice. The feminine cuts and soft fabrics
make the pieces both luxurious and practical, which is the reason why celebrities
like Tori Spelling wore them throughout both her pregnancies. We are
particularly fond of their dresses because they can easily be dressed up or down.

It’s no wonder that the cribs of Coco, Phinneaus, and Hazel
were all outfitted with these precious sheet sets. Unique patterns
(we went crazy for the ‘Hula’ which is a Hawaiian theme) and soft fabrics
make for bedding bliss. Now we’re just waiting for this mom-owned company
to come out with adult sized sets! In addition, Pitter Patter has recently
launched their "Zen" collection, made entirely from eco-friendly bamboo.

Celeb fans: Naomi Watts, Isla Fisher, Sacha Baron Cohen
These canvas diaper bags are so fashion forward that
even celebrity dads like sporting them. The padded shoulder strap
makes for a very comfortable messenger style and there are perfectly
placed side pockets for bottles, cell phones, or any other goods that
require easy access. We also like the color palette - a rich chocolate brown base
accented with different colors for each style. We were drawn to the "Luca"
(pictured) for its beautiful Cradle colors!

Nina and Tom kids’ clothing is a completely family owned business.
Nina designs the styles and dyes the 100% organic shirts,
while Tom manually screenprints them. Julia Roberts - who has always been

aplenty for her twins, Phinneaus and Hazel, and her son, Henry.
