I hadn't considered starting a thread for February 2010 until I saw someone posted for January 2010. We found out only a few weeks after conception in June that we had our first baby on the way!

My boyfriend and I have been together for over four years, but hadn't begun planning for a family yet. (Let alone a wedding!) But we were so happy when we found out. This will also be my mom's first grandbaby.

We're nearly half way there! Our 'offical' due date is February 23rd. My sister's birthday is February 28 and she is rooting for Baby to have her birthday.. Which would make three February 28 birthdays in the family! I want my baby to have it's own birthday.. But more importantly, I don't want to go over my due date by five days!

Looking forward to sharing experiences with ladies in the same stage as me!

Well first of all Congratulations!!
We are due on Feb. 19th and are super excited! I found out a month before my wedding that we were expecting and kind of wish I would have eloped , its so expensive to have a wedding and now I don't have time to save before the next expense but its well worth it.

Yeah, we've been putting off a wedding because of the cost! Go figure we get a baby instead. We've been talking about it for a long time, but I have a feeling it's a ways off yet. We have discussed going to the court house and having a 'wedding' later. I also don't want to be pregnant at my wedding. I want to drink champagne and dance (without worrying about swollen feet). Most importantly, we've decided that it's 2009, not 1959. Baby out of wedlock isn't unheard of.. and it's not like we got pregnant within months of meeting.

Anyway, congrats to you also!

First off - CONGRATS to all of you...

I too am due in Feb 2010. On the 15th to be exact.

I actually got engaged a month ago and the though of a wedding is so out of reach, it's not even funny!!! LOL...

Well I look forward to speaking with you ladies! Enjoy your evening!

My due date is actually February 24, 2010 but my fiance wants me to have our daughter on his bday which is Feb. 26. I want her to have her own day as well. He feels real strong about this. since I am having a c-section I agreed to having her on his b-day. I agree with you on your baby having their own day.

Congratulations everyone.

My boyfriend and I are expecting our little girl in February too. We've been together for 7 years and I had just graduated from college when we found out. We were definitely shocked, but thrilled. We had been talking about getting married, but it was just talk since I was still in school. I wanted a year or two of teaching under my belt before getting married and starting a family. Funny how things don't go as planned, but are just as wonderful.

Her due date is Valentine's Day, eek. He thinks it would be great, and at first it wouldn't even phase her; but as the years go on and she has her first crush, first date, first kiss, first love, she is going to want those days separate ya know? We'll see. The day is fast approaching.
