Hi there! I also have thyroid issues, but had Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, or Autoimmune thyroiditis. Basically, my autoimmune system attacked my thyroid gland and "killed" it. I went back and forth for a while between hyper and hypothyroid and am now hypothyroid becauese I don't have a thyroid gland. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for 8 months and we found out about 4 months into it that my levels were off and I was not producing eggs.
I worked with my endocrinologist and we modified Synthroid levels in order to come up with the right dosage that would work for me. Low and behold, my labs were right on this month and I am 6 weeks pregnant.
I am not too familiar with Graves disease and how that affects fertility, but was told that if the thyroid levels are in the normal range, I would not be any different than anyone else trying to get pregnant. So, keep on trying and hoping! It will happen for you!
