Hi! | 5/20/09 9:33 AM
Well, I am pregnant with baby #2. I am 9 weeks pregnant today and actually found out 8dpo! I didn't find out I was pregnant with my son until I was about 21dpo and even then the line was VERY faint!! Just goes to show you that every pregnancy is different.
I have this overwhelming feeling that it's twins, but the first ultrasound only showed one baby...which took forever for the midwife to find...I was getting worried. so we will see what the next ultrasound reveals...it's on 5/27 at 3:15pm.
My son is Mason...he just turned 2 in February and is the light of my life! I adore him! He is very entertaining and is constantly saying something new that makes me laugh.
My husbands name is Gene and we've been together for 8 years and married for 4. He is a wonderful loving father and husband and I am truely blessed to have such a wonderful man in my life.
Also a part of our family is our 3 dogs, Hank, June and Shelby. Hank is a husky/akita/pit mix and the coolest dog EVER! only problem is that he is only 4 years old and has MAJOR hip displasia. We already had his right hip replaced, but cannot afford to do the left hip and are not convinced it would even help since it didn't help his right hip. the docotrs told us that his hind end is severely underdeveloped and that it was hard to even do the surgery in the first place. I am wondering if it would help him to have the other hip done in order to even up his hund end. June is our little beagle, we got her in January and she is teeny tiny. We plan on breeding her next spring, but we have to find a male beagle first. We'd really like a lemon begale or a chocolate with blue eyes. shelby is our newest addition, she is a Mastif/Pit mix. We got her the weekend after I found out I was pregnant (4/19/09)she was 6 and a half weeks old then, which would make her almost 11 weeks now. She is bigger than June and I'm sure by the time she is full grown will be bigger than Hank as well. She is so mellow and her and my little boy have become fast friends.

Well, that's it about my family and I. I am very much looking forward to the birth of this baby and December cannot get here fast enough, lol.

Hello ladies!

My husband and I are expecting our first on December 31st and my birthday is December 24th. We moved to Wisconsin from Texas about 3 years ago and were already planning to visit Texas for Christmas but it looks like Texas is going to have to come to us this year!

As I said this is my first pregnancy and so far I'm experiencing most of what I've been told to expect. I feel like I'm eating constantly so as to have some relief from feeling like I need to throw up. The only time I did throw up nothing came out, just reiterating to me how important it is to keep something on my stomach. I haven't been turned off by too many foods (yet) which helps. I do hope this will stop when the first trimester is over *fingers crossed*.
