I took the TEST! | 10/27/08 9:32 PM
Ok...so i was feeling a little weird the last couple of days...and I'm real in tune with my body. So i decided to take a pregnancy test even though I'm like 6 days before my period should start...and there it is. A positive test.

It was a little light but it was there. So I'm gonna wait a couple days and test again.

My husband have been casually trying since May. And with him being deployed for work for 4 months at a time...I've been trying to plan our child around when he's in town. So this was the last month we were going to try or he would probably miss the birth. (Yes I've looked into it.) But Yay I hope it's true.
Then he can see his baby and then be able to take off.
This will be our 3rd!!

Just thought I'd share my excitement with you Ladies.

Yep. It hasn't been that long. I just love my kiddos. I am one of those who enjoy being pregnant as well.

Congrats on your little one. Boys are so much fun. Sweet really. My son is 2 right now, and he loves his mommy.

I haven't even thought about the sex of this one. (*pause hmmm*)
I have one of each so i guess it won't matter too much.

Congrats on the new addition to come! I know how excited you must be. My hubby and I also had a time line where we needed to conceive in order for him to be here for the birth. He's joining the Air Force in February, so we needed the baby to be born in January. Otherwise, he would miss the birth and probably the first several months of her life, since he's going in as an officer and would have probably 3-6 months of school and training before we get to see him. Anyway....Congrats again! I know your two other kidlets will love this little bundle up just as much as you and your hubby!

Ya it's gonna be hard. My husband's job is 4 months out and 3 months home...then repeat. He's not military, but more of the civilian engineers. Coming up with fancy new technologies for the military, then going out and testing them, then eventually using them in the field. I'm use to him being gone for a couple weeks for testing...but this January will be the first 4 month-er.
He'll be back by May then I'll be due in July. So it works out.

ok. I'm going on 5 weeks since my lmp...and I'm still getting Positive pregnancy tests...so I guess this is it.
I've have two miscarriages in my life and I'm just trying to wrap my head on the idea of being pregnant again. But I'm a little cautious and nervous about it.

I'm sure things will go well. If for some reason you have another miscarriage, just remember that it's not under your control. I'm super excited that you guys are going to continue your family's growth. Being pregnant certainly isn't like riding a bike. There's always something new with each one! I've only got 10 weeks left, so I'm just hoping to avoid another 17 hour labor and 3 hours of pushing!

That sounds like my first delivery. 24 hours of labor and 3 hours of pushing. killer. BUT it gets shorter with the next baby (my second one lasted only 5 hours with about 10 minutes of pushing)Good Luck. Hopefully my 3rd is even shorter...*crosses fingers*
