Well last night I only slept for about 2 and a half hours. When I tried to go back to sleep after waking up, she started moving, which is definitely fine. But she started moving more and more and honestly bearly stopped before contuing, which has never really happened before. Well there was about once or twice during the night when I felt her move, but it felt as if she was shaking. It lasted only about a minute but it still worries me. I am worried that maybe she was convulsing or something. She continued to move around after just as much as before, no difference except that it was more than usual. Could something be wrong with her? Has anybody else felt their baby 'shaking' inside of them? I am 30 weeks pregnant.

I had the same thing occur with my girl. Every now and then it felt like she had seizures and it scared me, but I was assured by my OB and pediatrician that it's completely normal and she was not having seizures of any sort. Since I'm over 35 yrs of age, my OB started twice weekly fetal monitoring and thus far everything has been perfect.
Of course, you should mention any concerns you have to your OB.

I've had this too - it's like she's shivering or shuddering. Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

OMG the same thing happened to me last night. I was a little scared. I don't know the sex but it felt like the baby was shaking or doing some abnormal in there. Sometimes I wish I had an X-Ray or something to see if the baby is ok.

I was wondering if it was gas or something else. But today it was regular kicks so I said baby is okay.
