Im looking to trade/buy/take a double electric breast pump. Im going back to work and my single manual one doesnt quite do the job.

There's actually research out there now that suggests not sharing or using someone else's pump. There are parts on a pump that are unable to be cleaned/sterilized and milk particles from other mom's can contaminate your milk! I was going to borrow a pump as well, but now I have re-thought that! I know pumps are expensive, but if you're willing to put the effort into pumping while working, then they are worth it!!

Hi. I was about to use my friend's and did research and they say that personal breast pumps should NOT be passed from one person to another. Even if you replace all of the parts, milk/ bacteria can be in the motor. I registered for the Lansinoh BPA free double electric pump. It's $159. @ Babies R Us...so it's cheaper than a lot of the other ones. Maybe your local La Leche League or Hospital can help you out renting one (those have a closed motor system, so milk can't get in) Good luck!!
