I went with family names or combination family names for middle names because I wanted more uncommon first names. For example if we end up having a girl, her middle name will be Joleen which is a combination family name from my grandmother (Joan), my moms and mines middle name (Lee), and my boyfriends mother (Kathleen-who passed away when he was 12). So sometimes you can find a name within your own family

I love Savannah Grace. A middle name that is only 1 syllable works the best with longer first names, I think. Savannah Rose is cute also, but very southern.
