I haven't been to see the obgyn yet, but I will be going this week. I believe I'm about six weeks along, but I haven't had any morning sickness. The only symptoms I have so far is frequent urination and getting tired often. My lower abdomen always has a pressure on it, but my mother in law says it's common in first pregnancies for the baby to push things around and make room for my growing uterus..lol. Also my breasts have been way sore. I'd like to hear what other new mommies are going through.

The first thing I noticed were breast changes. I don't think I had to pee a lot but was very tired. I started feeling a little sick around 7/8 weeks. I always felt sick in the late afternoon/evening. I threw up about once a week or so until about 20 weeks. It is also normal to have "morning sickness" near the end of your pregnancy too. I found sucking on the Preggie pops helped out. I also didn't feel like eating when I was feeling sick but that does make it worse. Try to have a small snack to keep your stomach settled between meals. I found that I always got sick if we delayed dinner too late. Good luck and hopefully you will be lucky and not have morning sickness.

I actually never had morning sickness with my first, only my second, but with my second I didn't start getting it until about my 8th week. And I'll tell ya, it's not morning sickness--it's ALL DAY AND NIGHT sickness! It's different for everyone, but hopefully you just won't get it. Sore breasts and frequent urination are so common for me! GOOD LUCK!

I am also 6 weeks along. So far, I am experiencing frequent urination and breast soreness. Occasionally, I'll have a "flutter" ripple through my abdomen, mostly I just feel bloated. If I didn't know that I was pregnant, I would've assumed that I was premenstrual. I enjoy these early pregnancy symptoms, with no outward signs they let me know that I am indeed pregnant. I can't wait for "morning" sickness...come on progesterone, come on!

Hi, I am 40, and expecting my first baby in July. I found out November 27th that I was expecting. My sister calls me, "barfiest girl in the world." The slightest thing could make me throw up. I havent had one day of morning sickness. I dont think this is all too common, but sit back and enjoy it. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come

Hi,
I am about 10 weeks pregnant and I've been having these sickness for about 3 weeks - I feel miserable. I think every woman is different, some have it and some don't. You're very lucky if you're one of those that doesn't have them, b/c they make you feel awful physically.

Good luck!

I am five weeks tomorrow, and I've been having "morning sickness" which is of course ALL DAY LONG for about a week.
With my first son, my morning sickness started at around 6 weeks and ended just a day or two before he was born.
The first trimester was nausea all day long, and I felt miserable. After that, I was vomitting 4-7 times a day, without much notice, but never felt sick for very long. That is what continued until the end.
Now with my second, (well technically third, but I miscarried the last.) I am sick, sick, sick. Nausea, nausea. I just keep eating and drinking through it, but it's tough.

I thought I was going to be lucky this time - I barfed almost every day with my first, felt like it every day with y second and now, I got through 7 weeks with nothing. Until today. My poor daughter (5yo) heard me and got worried. I told her that I am fine, this just happens sometimes and then I heard ehr telling my husband that when she grows up and gets babies, she is not going to throw up. I hope not for her sake!

If my calculations are correct I am 6 wks along and the worst part so far for me has been the fatigue and nausea. My husband will tell you I don't nap but for the past week its 1-3 hour naps every day for me. The hormones are driving my husband nuts though, the other day I wanted Ravioli and when he didn't come back with it I started crying! OVER FOOD?? This is all new to me its my first pregnancy but I have an appointment tomorrow to confirm it all. If I'm not pregnant something is seriously wrong. I'm nauseous all day long and I could be doing nothing and all of a sudden...... well you know what happens.

I am 20 weeks along and have never gotten sick!!! A little tired maybe, but thats about it other than sore nipples. If you havent gotten sick at all, I guess enjoy it, From what I have heard, morning sickness isnt all that fun!!!
