I'm only 5 weeks and I'm feeling nausea start to pick up. I read tons of articles and here's a quick rundown of helpful things: 1. Good thing is, the sicker you are, the more likely your baby will carry to full term. 2. Women with morning sickness have less chances for cancer later in life! 3. It will hit most when you're hungry or have had anything too oily, greasy, or spicy. 4. Ginger, sniffing citrus, bland starchy foods like crackers and pretzels, all help, along with lots and lots of water. 5. Accupressure or motion sickness wristbands may help. They sell them in the fishing aisle of stores like Walmart, or check Babies R' Us 6. Eat small, meals of crackers or fruit with crystalized ginger. A nearly full stomache is supposed to be less nauseous.
Hope this helps! It's helped me so far, or at least made me feel better knowing the sicker I am, the better baby is faring.
