I am interested in chatting with others who have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility..ie. no one knows why the heck you can't have a baby. I have had 2 m/c and am now at a point where it's been a year since I've been pregnant at all. I ovulate on my own, but my dr. has put me on Clomid to see if we can make things "stronger" Anyone else in a similar boat? We've done all the tests and supposedly nothing is wrong with us.

Thanks,
EL

I too had unexplained infertility. There was nothing wrong with either of us, but we were unable to get preg. I had one known m/c before I finally got preg. We tried for over 2 1/2 years. I didn't really want to go on fertility pills so I went the natural route and ordered some herbs that a friend recommended and was preg in 2 1/2 months. I have been recommending this stuff to everyone that is having fertility issues! I am now on my 3rd child! Due in 6 weeks. I have had many friends that have tried this and was only on it for 1 month/2 months and got preg. i would be more than happy to give you the info. Genesis Herb Co. Phone #330-407-0141 or 877-383-7911. It is called "For Her" If you want any other info you can email me at kdmeyers2@verizon.net

I was also told we had unexplained infertility and had one know miscarriage, after trying for a year and a half was given clomid and got pregnant on the first cycle, when we decided we wanted our second child we tried again for a year and again were put on clomid and again I got pregnant on the first cycle...we are know expecting out third child which was a total shock and surprise since we weren't trying and had not been on clomid.

Hello! I don't exactly have unexplained infertility but I also don't yet have a diagnosis. I have irregular cycles of 34-49 days long but have yet to find out why. My hormones seem to come back alright with just a little low on progesterone. They thought maybe PCOS but negative. So, my husband and I are on our last unmedicated cycle (month 7) before we try Clomid. It is very frusterating!!!

I too had trouble conceiving and after about 4 months of using clomid I got pregnant. They told me not to stress about it so much and to make sure that we had sex every other day. We did as the fertility specialist told us and now I am expecting my lil girl. Dont stress and have fun with it.It will come!

I'm in the same boat.
Just started our 10 month cycle of trying, I have had tests for PCOS and ovulation and everything is fine. My husband has had a SA and everything was fine too.
We just had those tests done through our GP and I'm giving it another 6 months of trying before going to a FS to discuss drugs/AC.

My Dr. has decided to start us on Clomid this cycle to create a "stronger" ovulation. I hope it works and thanks for the words of encouragment!

Kirrily - Isn't is annoying to not know what is preventing you from conceiving. I feel like if I could just find out what it is then maybe I could try to fix it. Good luck this cycle!

Hey there. I was wondering if your doc has kept up with your progesterone levels. Sometimes a low level can be a cause of m/c. I have had two m/c's and now am pregnant with my second child thanks to clomid, so hang in there it will happen. Sometimes not when we want but don't give up.

Clomid worked wonders for our little family. I hope everything goes well for you. If you want to chat about it let me know.

I couldn't remember my password for the longest time. Thanks for all the responses. I did my first IUI attempt two weeks ago and I'll test on Weds. My fingers are crossed. Good luck to all of you.
