We've been trying pretty much from day one of our relationship. We did try an ovulation monitor for most of 2006. We seriously started trying last year and did 4 rounds of clomid, based on my ob-gyn's advice. Nothing ever happened using it, so I was told there was nothing more that they could do for me and referred me to a specialist.

I was told by the specialist that I may have been taking them incorrectly. Apparently you are supposed to take them on days 4-8 instead of days 5-9. We are on our 2nd cycle of clomid and have also added HCG injections to both cycles. We just did our first IUI this afternoon, so we are keeping fingers crossed for the test in 2 weeks!

We have been reading every website we can find, and every article elsewhere. If anyone has any information or advice you would want to pass on, please do so.

Thank you!
Nisa

Well just hang in there! It takes a lot of patience & prayer. My husband and I had been trying for about 3 years and FINALLY we just found out I was pregnant in November. I am now 10 weeks pregnant, with twins! I just kept on believing. If you do the same it will happen! God Bless you!!!
