For the past month, I haven't been able to sleep the whole night through! I'm normally a light sleeper, but now I only sleep for about 2 hours and I'm wide awake -- of course this isn't including the many trips to the bathroom to pee! Anyone else feeling my frustration? I'm 34 weeks along and am ready to be with my precious darling who will only make my sleep pattern more up and down soon enough! I can't wait to be with my baby girl, but I also would really like some sleep too!

I know exactly what you're feeling! I am about 27 weeks pregnant with my first and already suffering from sleeplessness. Like you, I have always been a light sleeper and every little noise I hear in the night wakes me up and I'm peeing at least 3 times every night. Every time I get out of bed, I'm instantly wide awake and toss and turn. It's miserable! Especially since I have to be awake for work at 4:30am. I don't really have any advice because I'm still suffering from the same problem, but you're not the only one! My doctor says you can take Tylenol PM, but I've chosen to not take any medication during my pregnancy. Wish I could help!

I'm up every hour on the hour. It sucks. It was ok through most of the summer, because I was off the whole time. But now that school's back, I'm totally wiped out! Kindergartners wear you out as it is, but it's much harder 9 months pregnant. I just keep reminding myself that it's almost over (I only have 3 days left)!

I am only about 8 weeks and I had problems sleeping before I got pregnant, now I have to get up twice a night to pee . I feel really bad for all of you ladies and I don't look forward to having even more problems sleeping when I get further into this pregnancy! We all have to suffer for one really wonderful gift I suppose... but congrats to you all!! And to Katie, I'm very excited for =D!! Just 3 days!! Very exciting!

yes, i very much so feel the frustration. It takes me a while to get to bed and then when i do i am constantly moving because i am so uncomfortable. I honestly cannot wait til my little baby girl gets here. I don't really mind her messing with my sleep pattern as long as i can sleep comfortably.

Yes, I feel your frustration. I wake up every 1.5 to 2 hours to go to the bathroom and have to constantly turn from side to side as they both go numb after awhile. I am so ready for this to be over. 13 days to go:-)

I'm third grade...it's not kindergarten, but I know what you mean! All summer off to sleep in late, relax and enjoy your time off. Then all of a sudden, setting up a classroom (I had to because we moved into a brand new building), arranging, and just plain going back to work! Congratulations and good luck with the school year and your new baby girl!!!!
