what exercise did you wish you did more of?

Hi mamas! I want to take a poll on what you wish you did more of (physically) before getting pregnant & during pregnancy.
I teach pilates & am gearing my practice more toward prenatal & postpartum women. My daughter is almost 19months & I know that I've forgotten some of the physical needs/limitations already!
An example of what I wish I did more: kegels (!!!!!), also more work on my upper back & posture (especially after months and months of baby-holding and breastfeeding. ouch!).
Any ideas? Also, what felt great during pregnancy (and what felt horrible)? What activities that you did in pregnancy or before really helped you during labor and/or postpartum?
