hey, i'm going through my first pregnancy and i have all the other symptoms, other than morning sickness. i'm 9 weeks gone and worried that i'm still not throwing up, am i normal?

You should be thanking god that you don't have morning sickness. It is the most miserable thing imaginable. There are no remedies and no cures for it. You are a VERY lucky woman. I have had it twice and it is a nightmare. Now I am on medication to make me stop puking which in turn causes constiptaion and makes you feel just as bad. Many of my friends did not experience morning sickness and I am very jealous. It is totally normal not to expereince morning sickness. Knock on wood hopefully you will not get it. It is hell.

I'm pregnant with my second (21 weeks). I never had morning sickness with either baby. It's something some people get and others do not get it at all. It's nothing you should worry about or want. Just be thankful you don't have it.

I am about 7 weeks along with my first pregnancy and I do not have morning sickness either. My mother never suffered from it while carrying all of her 3 children. My sister did suffer with both her children. From what I know it can affect anyone but is no cause for alarm if you do not experience it. All I am experiencing thus far is short stints of a more queezy feeling then nausia. Let's hope that's all it amounts too!!

Im 28 weeks preggo with my first and I didn't have morning sickness either. I was more sensitive to smells, even imaginary ones lol but no, I don't think there's anything wrong with you!

I had some nausea but no throwing up. Every day I didn't feel sick I would worry that something was wrong. All I did was make myself and hubby crazy. So enjoy it while you can, you will probably get something else, like a kidney stone (that's what I got) or terrible gas.

Hi,

I am 40 and 24 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I tend to make life more difficult if at all possible. But this pregnancy has been the easiest of all things I have ever done. I havent a wee bit of morning sickness. In fact, aside from the obvious growing bump, I wouldnt know I was pregnant!! The worse that I got were a few of the "hang over" headaches. But as soon as I stood up, they were gone. I say/hope it's a sign of good things to come. He has been such a good baby so far! Best wishes,

sickness just a very werd craving for tuna and silarmy lol .can anyone give me advise on wt to expect plz

i'm at 27 weeks, and i didn't get morning sickness either. count your blessings.. i hear that we are a few of the lucky ones.

i did experience some nausea from time to time in the first trimester, but it was usually in the evenings, and i've yet to actually get sick. hope we both stay that way!
