My breasts have been leaking milk during my pregnancy. Why?

	The breasts are getting ready for feeding. Sometimes it is just colostrum, but some women may actually lactate before delivery. Oxytocin that is produced in the body is responsible not only for uterine contractions, but also for milk letdown and production.
